PAYMENT
We accept debit as well as credit cards or cash payments.
American Express cards cannot be accepted.
CANCELLATION FEE
General T&C for the Austrian Hotel Industry:
– 1 month before the date of arrival 40%
– 1 week before the date of arrival 70%
– afterwards 90% of the total agreed price

Check-In: from 3 p.m
Check-Out: 10:30 a.m
If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know.
ARRIVAL ON WEDNESDAY:
Between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
