Preserving time-tested things, approving of new ones – these are the two secrets of our young chef and the Grüne Baum hotel feels committed to them. Traditional Tyrolean delights or international specialties – our team creates tempting dishes daily. One need not stress that we use fresh and natural ingredients, e.g. meat from animals, which are appropriately kept … need not, but can!

Your day starts with our substantial breakfast buffet featuring fruit juices rich in vitamins, an organic-food corner and freshly baked bread and various types of fruit. Enjoy a glass of fresh spring water directly from our buffet. In good weather you can take your breakfast in the garden.
Select from more than 60 different dishes. We offer everything from authentic Lechtal fare to international dishes. By the way: both our chefs, Robert & his junior Adrian look after your wellbeing.
The Farmhouse Parlour
The Tyrolean farmhouse parlour, the oldest, more than 100-year old part of our building, features original Lechtal wood-panelling. In our á-la-carte restaurant you can chat late into the evening.
Tyrolean Beer Garden
Dreamlike garden restaurant and café. Seats in the covered arbour or on our sunny terrace. Two garden ponds and hundreds of flowers and bushes.
In the evening we spoil you with our 4x4 menu with options. Soup or starter, salad bar, selection of four main dishes. For dessert we offer different sweets. Our junior personally vouches for our guests’ contentment and prepares food ranging from traditional fare to regional dishes to vegetarian cuisine.
The café above the Landhaustenne – meeting point in the afternoon and evening. With large flat-screen TV for sports events, European football championships, Olympic games etc.
